We want you to love your reclaimed wall and will provide our absolute assistance in case of any issues you’d encounter.

Return Policy:

Reclaim Arbor would like the opportunity to fix any situations prior to return. We are dedicated to go out of our way to make sure our customers are satisfied, but in the event that we need to transact a return, here is our policy. We will honor exchanges and refunds on all Reclaim Arbor products up to 30 days from the date of delivery. All shipping charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer and the item must be in new condition. There is a 15% restocking fee. Please notify intentions of return/exchange and to receive RMA by emailing us at


All Reclaim Arbor wall paneling are covered under our WARRANTY for manufacturing defects.

Measure carefully before placing an order with us. Make sure you have enough room to install your Reclaim Arbor wood paneling. We have placed the dimensions of the paneling on our site so that you can measure and make an informed decision when buying.

How to file a claim:

All manufacturing claims require a documented account of the issue and pictures. Please send all in the form of an email with your name and order number in the subject to Our Customer Service Issues representative will reply confirming receipt and get any additional details within 1 business day. We will figure out the most convenient and efficient solution to the situation and address accordingly.

Replacement decisions are the sole discretion of Reclaim Arbor LLC, it is our promise to provide you with the highest quality reclaimed wood , wall paneling.
