Our goal is ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your new wall, we will accept returns on all orders up to 30 days of original purchase date. Simply email support@reclaimarbor.com to initiate a return request.

All Reclaim Arbor wall paneling are covered under our WARRANTY for manufacturing defects.

How to file a claim:

All manufacturing claims require a documented account of the issue and pictures. Please send all in the form of an email with your name and order number in the subject to support@reclaimarbor.com. Our Customer Service Issues representative will reply confirming receipt and get any additional details within 1 business day. We will figure out the most convenient and efficient solution to the situation and address accordingly.
